These set of three books aim at teaching children about Allah and the important people in their lives. They aim at developing a love for Allah, for parents and grandparents. Each page has one short sentence so it's very simple for children to understand. What I love most about them is that they are bilingual books with English and Arabic.
The sentences are repetitive with slight variations so it's easy for children to pick up on word recognition. I don't speak Arabic but I can understand what each of the Arabic word means. If you can read Quran then you can read the Arabic.
I like to read them to children in English one day then the next day read them in Arabic. If you repeat this over and over again, and since children love to read the same books over and over again, your children will pick up the Arabic inshaAllah.
These books are quite big, slightly larger than A4 or legal size which makes them great for reading to a large group of children. The children at the back will be able to see the illustrations clearly.
As a complement to these set of books, I've made a printable book with activities for loving Allah, parents and grandparents. Since it's aimed at young children, the activities are very easy to do - just basic, drawing, colouring and cutting and maybe writing if children are able to do so. If children can't write yet then you can be their scribe to write any love messages that they wish to say.
