Colourful Ka'bah Eid Card
Every year I try to come up with different ways for my prekinders to make Eid cards. For Eid-ul Adha, it's usually either a Ka'bah or a sheep card.
This year's card is based on one that I've made before but instead of the usual gold door and 'Arabic' band around the top, I've decided to let the kids choose the colour that they wanted.
All they did was glued the band and door in place on the front of a black card (made from cardstock). On the inside they used a gold or silver pencil or pen to write their names and draw pictures. I also gave them star stickers and an 'Eid Mubarak' sticker to decorate the inside.
The inside turned out reall pretty but I'd forgotten to take pictures so you'd have to let your kids make one for themselves and see how nice and sparkly the inside is! ;)
If you've made one then let me know how it turned out.
