Our new baby guinea pig at 2 days old.
When we first bought guinea pigs my children wanted to find out all they can about guinea pigs so we decided to make a lapbook about it. It was like doing a project on guinea pigs - we found out what they eat, what they do, how to care for them, interesting facts (such as guinea pigs are not pigs but are from the rodent family and no one knows why they are called guinea pigs!). Unfortunately, that was a while ago so we don't have the lapbook anymore.
